Oh my god, this movie is really a ride. Omkar Lele, or Ole, is a widower and single father who’s main aim is to live life at its fullest. Contrastingly, his son Aditya Lele, or Aale, is an extreme workaholic, constantly having calls, conferences, meetings, presentations, and having very little, if any time for himself and his family. How much ever Ole tries to get Aale to do anything, he never manages to do anything with him. One time, after Aale fails to appear for a dinner at home, Ole, in sadness, apparently flees the house. Confused, Aale and their house helper, Baburao, rush to the police station and ask everybody about Ole’s whereabouts. Turns out, Ole was always at home, simply hiding. Manoj’s parents and grandmother are strict Indians who do not believe in corruption, and Manoj’s father is embroiled in a case of threatening a government official. Manoj used chits, and so do his friends and the entire class, as it is an entrenched system of corruption enforced by the school and the local MLA as he wishes all students to pass. Sam Hormusji Framji Jamshedji Manekshaw is undergoing training at a camp in the Indian Military Academy, and is given a punishment of two weeks suspension for being late. Later, he fights and defeats Tikka Khan (he’ll be relevant in 40 years) in a boxing match.   Sam is selected as a captain and major to fight in Burma in WWII, against the Japanese Empire. Aashish Bende is a boy born in 1979, named so as he apparently had the blessing of God, as there was a mark on his forehead (it really was from the tools used for surgery). Dr. Balram Bhargava (Nana Patekar), the Director-General of the Indian Council of Medical Research in Delhi, reads a WHO article about a novel virus that originated in the city of Wuhan, China. He watches footage of people dropping dead, and a mysterious spike in pneumonia cases. A team is assembled to take a strain of it, analyze the virus, and image it via electron microscope. Afterwards, as Italian tourists who happen to be the novel virus’s carriers are found, a sample of the virus is taken from them, and photographed at the Bharat Biotech lab. Tara once proposes to Nikhil, and asks to meet her parents to cement a marriage, but Nikhil shoves her aside and declines, saying he is happy how things are between them and he is preoccupied with his work. The movie starts off by saying that Lightyear is a movie in the Toy Story universe, and Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story was just merchandise for that movie. 4.3 million light-years away from Earth in the far future, Buzz Lightyear and Alisha Hawthorne are space rangers, set out to find new habitable worlds for humans. They crash-land on a planet which is habitable, but supposedly has no intelligent life-forms. Buzz then complains a bit about how he hates autopilot systems and rookies, but then Alisha reveals what she brought a rookie along with her, Buzz complains hard. Later, as they where exploring, a slithering, sentient green vine tugs on and pulls Buzz, and he somehow escapes.
